The Transportation Group – Auckland Branch will be hosting an online presentation looking at Auckland Transport’s Connected Communities Project. Connected Communities is a new way of doing things and has the potential to transform central Auckland, providing new transport options across the isthmus. The programme forms part of the wider group of interconnected infrastructure and operational projects which includes the City Rail Link, Eastern Busway, city-wide safety improvements, Customer Experience, and the Urban Cycleways Programme.
As the lead planner on the project, Anthony Pearse, Auckland Transport will provide viewers with the background, current status, milestones and next steps of the project. After an initial presentation, there will be an opportunity for discussion and feedback. All are welcome to attend this free event.
